The Future Of The Right Hand Path

Ladies & Gentlemen,

My warm greetings to you, the fans and the readers of The Right Hand Path. As you would have noticed that The Right Hand Path is back again after a hiatus of 1 month.

For the whole of August 2011 we were offline. I’ve been pondering about the future of The Right Hand Path as its founder and owner and for the time being, The Right Hand Path is alive and kicking but also in a state of semi-hibernation.

The WordPress platform, internet connectivity and other problems have compounded my miseries in running The Right Hand Path. Shifting to a proper .com address is on the anvil. So if you see no activity on The Right Hand Path, don’t fret, it’s alive but in semi-hibernation.

I see a bright future for The Right Hand Path in the time to come.

Right Regards,

V.Ganesh – Founder & Owner [The Right Hand Path]

The Use Of Metal In Psychological Warfare

Metal for those who have never heard of it and are visiting The Right Hand Path is a Sub Genre of Rock music with several offshoots like Black Metal, Death Metal, Thrash Metal, Speed Metal, Doom Metal, Power Metal, Viking Metal, Stoner Metal to name some of Metal’s various Sub Genres.

Metal [Heavy Metal for Laymen] has been used many times for Psychological Warfare purposes. In the past, it was used by US troops to bring out a Latin American dictator from his home through continuous play of Metal for a few days.

Similarly US troops have used Metal against the Taliban in war torn Afghanistan. One of the primary reasons for selecting Metal music for Psychological Warfare is that the Taliban and their Wahhabbi brand of Islam that the Taliban follow and the Islamic Terrorism of theirs absolutely abhors music. The Taliban considers music to be evil & the devil’s music.

According to a US military Sergeant involved in covert psychological operations or PsyOps, “Taliban Hate That Music”. As a headbanger, I feel proud that the Metal which I have been listening to for a few years now is used to defeat Terrorism.
